Our practice area covers Selby & District and we operate from our main surgery in Selby plus our branch surgeries in Carlton & Riccall

Our main surgery in Selby is for patients living in the following areas only:

Camblesforth (Pts can choose to use our Carlton surgery if they wish)
Cawood (Pts can choose to use our Riccall surgery if they wish)

Our branch surgery in Carlton is for patients living in the following areas only:

Carlton
Camblesforth (Pts can choose to use our Selby surgery if they wish)
Drax
Long Drax
Newland
Hirst Courtney
Temple Hirst

Our branch surgery in Riccall is for patients living in the following areas only:

Cawood (Pts can choose to use our Selby surgery if they wish)
Riccall
Kelfield

We do NOT accept new patients living in the following areas as they are considered outside our area:

Barnby on the Marsh
Eggborough
Howden
Monk Fryston
North Duffield
Snaith
Stillingfleet
Whitley Bridge

Registration with the Practice

PreRegistration When you register wit the practice you will be asked to complete a registration form know as a GMS1.

You will also be asked to fill out a medical questionnaire. This is because it can take a considerable time for us to receive your medical records.

You can either call in at any of our sites to complete these forms which may take some time or alternatively click on the links below to print the form out in order to complete before returning them to us.

Vaccinations

There has been recent publicity regarding both MMR & Shingles vaccinations.

At present we are waiting further guidance on these vaccination programmes. In the case of MMR, when we know more we will contact those aged 10 - 16 deemed at risk.

The Shingles vaccine is not available until September this year

Carlton & Riccall Sites

From w/c 22 April all requests for REPEAT prescriptions will be dispensed from our new central dispensary in Selby. Please allow 2 full working days from ordering your prescription before collecting your medication.

From this date our Carlton Surgery will be closed on Friday afternoon but will remain open longer in the morning to allow medicine to be collected.
