We are consistently looking at ways to improve the service that we offer to our patients. To help us achieve this, we are establishing a patient representative group. We will seek to gage from members of this group ways in which we can improve our service by engaging in feedback around the current services we offer and plans we have to offer new and improved services.
We aim to gather a broad spectrum of patients to get a true representation of our population such as young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups, to name a few.
